Aquafilter offers ceramic media filters suitable for POU (Point of Use) and POE (Points of Entry) installations.
Through its ceramic antibacterial media, these cartridges remove solids in suspension (up to 0.3 micron) and inhibit the rapid spread of bacteria, lengthening the service life of your cartridge.

Effectively removes 99.99% of bacteria (e-coli, cholera, shigella, salmonella, klebsiella)

Self sterilising - bacteriostatic formula within the ceramic matrix helps prevent bacterial growth.

REUSABLE - after clogging, simply clean the surface with a stiff brush or hard sponge and rinse with water.

*The service life will depend upon a number of factors such as source particulate load, treatment flow volumes and good care and maintenance of the housing environment.

Deteriorisation in flow rates is a good indicator of the filter having reached it's maximum particulate absorption threshold.

Changes to taste of your filtered water or any changes in color of the filter should also result in changing the filter and servicing of the housing.
