Its important when brushing Craftmaster Coach Enamel not to add thinners. Instead Craftmaster have developed with this Brushing Additive to ease paint flow and making brushing easier when conditions demand it. Add 2-5%

Please don't over treat the paint, it should be at the right consistency to start with or very close. Over treating will lead to reduced paint build and an increased risk of fading / paint system failure

The only additive for use when brush painting with Craftmaster products. In difficult conditions, be they hot or cold, add a little PPA brushing additive to Craftmaster paints to aid the flow.
PPA works by lubricating the paint, and easing its flowing characteristics. This lengthens the window in which the paint is workable and slightly retards the drying time.
Add a maximum of 5% PPA to you paint for the best results. Don't add any more or you may negatively affect the coverage, and flow of the paint.
Craftmaster PPA is NOT compatible with the following products:

    1K Etch Primer
    Automotive Celluose
    Heat Resistant Blacks
    Anti Slip Deck Paint
    Cellulose Primer
    Rust Treatment
